Two of my favorite paintings sold this past week. Almost all of my paintings come from something that is going on in my life, so it’s impossible not to be attached to them in some way.
One is a Buddha piece. I tend to paint Buddhas when I’m looking for a little solace. Sometimes life becomes really hectic and I remember to slow down and just be present. Painting always does that for me and is my form of meditation.
The other piece is called “The Unknown”. This piece is one of those pieces that speaks volumes without ever saying anything. In fact, I won’t say anything about it. I’ll let you make your own story.
