I’m very excited to announce that I once again let go of my corporate job so I could keep up with my life as an artist. Amazing things have been taking shape and I’m enjoying the ride!
I was honored to be the Artist in Residence for the St. Luke’s Hospital fundraiser, Paint the Town. I sold all three paintings I took and received a lot of interaction while I was painting live. It was a tremendous success and am really happy I got to be a part of it.
I have two shows up right now in the KC Metro area through ArtsKC ‘Now Showing’ Program. You can see my work in Prairie Village, KS at Tavern in the Village. I have received a great deal of attention from this location and have sold several pieces already! We are collaborating on plans now for a reception! I also have artwork hanging in the Burns & McDonnell corporate office until December.
Now the new focus is how to balance the business side and the painting side of my art. I find that I could spend all my time doing one or the other! It’s a great problem to have! I feel so fortunate to be on this journey!
